To ensure safety, the plastisol used must be heated to precise temperatures (325-350 degrees Fahrenheit or 163-177 Celsius). Never overheat and always protect yourself with an approved respirator, safety goggles, gloves, closed-toe shoes, and long sleeves when handling hot plastisol. Working in well-ventilated areas is crucial as heated plastisol releases gases. Avoid any contact with other liquids and in case of accidental burn, evacuate the area until all fumes and smoke have disappeared. Before use, be sure to thoroughly mix the milky white liquid to a clear, syrup-like consistency. We recommend using a paddle mixer for 2-4 minutes to prevent bubbles.
